一株猪源豕链球菌的分离鉴定

【摘要】 从一头病死猪分离到一株疑似猪链球菌的菌株,通过生化鉴定、链球菌血清学分群、猪链球菌的血清学分型、PCR鉴定排除了是猪链球菌的可能。应用16SrDNA的通用引物27F和1492R对可疑菌的核酸扩增、测序及序列比对表明,所分离到的菌株与豕链球菌具有98%的同源性,因此判断为豕链球菌。小鼠感染试验显示,感染的小鼠没有明显的发病症状,且2周后仍正常存活,因此认为所分离的豕链球菌不具有致病性或具有较弱的致病性。

【Abstract】 One suspect strain of Streptococcus suis was isolated from a dead pig.The possibility of Streptococcus suis was excluded through biochemistry assay,serogrouping of streptococci,serotyping of Streptococcus suis,PCR identification of Streptococcus suis.27F and 1492R,the general primers of bacterial 16 S rDNA,were used to amplify the nuclear acid of suspect bacterial strain.Sequencing and BLAST in NCBI showed that the isolate has homology with Streptococcus porcinus by 98%.Experimental mouse infection assay showed that the inoculated mice did not show obvious symptom and survived after 2 weeks.The result indicated that the isolate only had weak pathogenicity or did not have pathogenicity.
