锂离子电池串联模块充放电过程研究

【摘要】 研究了锂离子电池串联模块在充放电循环过程中各单体电压、内阻、容量和温升的变化情况及相互关系。测试结果表明:模块中各单体电池的差异性随着放电倍率增大和循环周次的增加而变大。相对过充过放的单体电池表面温升高于相对浅充浅放的单体电池,并且循环过后的可用容量前者显著低于后者。内阻的差异性直接导致各单体电池生热量的不同,加之模块中不同位置电池的散热状况存在差别,电池模块长期处于非均匀的温度场中,致使各单体电池容量与电压的离散程度加剧。

【Abstract】 The voltage,internal resistance,capacity and temperature-rise of each individual battery in the Li-ion battery pack with series connection were tested during charge-discharge process,and their relationship was also investigated.The testing results indicate that with the increase of discharge rate and cycle times,the ununiformity of individual battery increases,including the relative overcharge and overdischarge,which causes the higher temperature-rise and lower residual capacity.The differences in resistance led to different heat generation of each individual battery,combined with different heat dissipation,and the module was chronically in non-uniform temperature field,which made the ununiformity of individual battery more serious.
