一种环保的方法合成高性能LiFePO4/C正极材料
Synthesis of high-capacity LiFePO4/C cathode material for lithium-ion battery by a green method
【摘要】 利用环保型原料LiH2PO4、Fe2C2O4和葡萄糖在惰性气氛下合成了高性能LiFePO4/C正极材料。X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)、恒流充放电测试等研究表明合成产物结晶良好,粒径大小分布均匀,电化学性能优良。电化学性能测试表明:0.1倍率下首次放电比容量为157.6 m Ah/g,在第7次时达到最大放电比容量161.045m Ah/g。0.5倍率下首次放电比容量为146.5 m Ah/g,在第10次时达到最大放电比容量151.32 m Ah/g。
【Abstract】 Using green LiH2PO4,Fe2O3 and glucose as the raw materials,high-capacity LiFePO4 /C composite cathode material was synthesized in inert atmosphere.The constant current charge-discharge,XRD,SEM and constant current charge-discharge results indicate that the synthesized LiFePO4/C is well-crystallized and has narrow paticle distritution and excellent electrochemistry performance.The results of the constant current charge-discharge test demonstrate that the initial discharge specific capacity is 157.6 mAh/g and the discharge specific capacity gets the highest of 161.045 mAh/g at the 7th cycle at 0.1 C rate.The initial discharge specific capacity is 146.5 mAh/g and the discharge specific capacity gets the highest of 151.32 mAh/g at the 10th cycle at 0.5 C rate.
