卵形齿轮传动高速精密压力机运动学研究

【摘要】 分析了一种新型卵形齿轮-曲柄连杆机构高速压力机传动系统的运动过程,建立了运动学方程。根据在研发的高速压力机,利用ADAMS建立卵形齿轮-曲柄连杆机构的动力学模型,仿真分析了滑块的位移、速度和加速度曲线,研究了卵形齿轮偏心率e以及曲柄半径R对滑块运动的影响。结果表明:与普通曲柄连杆机构运动曲线相比,卵形齿轮-曲柄连杆机构具有在滑块下死点附近位移平稳、速度和加速度小的特点,这些特点有利于其在高速冲压过程中保持平稳、高精度。

【Abstract】 The motion process of transmission system for the high-speed press with a new oval gear-crank and connecting rod mechanism was analyzed,and kinematic equations were established.According to the high-speed press being researched,the dynamic model of oval gear-crank and connecting rod mechanism was established by ADAMS.The slider displacement,velocity and acceleration curves were simulated and analyzed,and the influence of oval gear eccentricity e and crank radius R on the motion was researched.The results show that compared with motion curves of common crank and connecting rod mechanism,oval gear-crank and connecting rod mechanism has features as smooth displacement,low speed and acceleration near the bottom dead center(B.D.C) of the slider,which help to maintain stable and high precision in the process of high-speed stamping.
