航天电磁继电器加速贮存退化试验测试系统的设计与实现
Design and Development of Accelerated Storage Degradation Testing Measurement System for Aerospace Electromagnetic Relay
【摘要】 通过采用加速退化试验的研究方法,解决航天电磁继电器加速贮存中出现小子样零失效时的贮存可靠性评估问题,初步给出了航天电磁继电器加速贮存退化试验方案,开发了航天电磁继电器加速贮存退化试验测试系统。试验结果表明,该系统具有接触电阻和时间参数测试精度高、可测样品数量大、退化参数变化曲线直观等的特点。
【Abstract】 There may be no failure when the number of the aerospace electromagnetic relay samples is few during accelerated storage.An accelerated degradation testing technology was used to solve this problem.The accelerated storage degradation plan for aerospace electromagnetic relay was given.And the accelerated storage degradation test system was designed and developed.The test result shows that the system has high accuracy of contact resistance and time parameters,large amount of tested samples,direct curve of degradation parameters’ variation.
