微波消解ICP/MS法测定人发硒含量研究

【摘要】 目的研究应用微波消解ICP/MS法测定人发中硒的含量。方法以硝酸-过氧化氢为消解酸体系通过微波消解人发样品,以ICP/MS测定含量。结果实验表明应用本方法检测人发中硒的含量,方法准确可靠,检出限0.2μg/L,相对标准偏差2.04%。结论应用微波消解ICP/MS法测定人发中硒含量准确、快速、高效。

【Abstract】 Objective Research on application of microwave digestion ICP/MS method to determine the content of selenium in human hair.Methods Human hair samples were digested with microwave digestion instrument in Nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide for digestion acid system.ICP/MS was applied to determine the selenium in human hair.Result Our research showed that application of this method in detecting human hair selenium content was accurate.The limit of detection was 0.2 μg/L.The relative standard deviation was 2.04%.Conclusion Application of this method in detecting human hair selenium content was accurate,rapid and effective.
