【摘要】 地方新兴产业发展是当前国内经济发展的重要增长点。以专利为主要对象,加强产业引导和布局成为地方政府的重要工作,这就需要加强地方产业专利发展态势研究。为此,文章构建了以数据采集、分析工具和分析方法为主要内容的专利分析体系,并以东莞市LED产业为例,开展面向地方新兴产业的专利态势分析与评价,并对地方LED产业专利发展策略以及面向地方产业的专利情报进行理论研究,得出一些有意义的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of regional burgeoning industries constitutes a significant growth point in the national economic development.Since strengthening the guidance and layout of local industries is becoming the important task of the local government,the local government should take the patent of local burgeoning industries as the object,and put the emphasis on the developing trend of the patent of local industries.By constructing a patent analysis system,analysis tools and analysis methods,and by taking LED industries of Dongguan City as the example,this paper gives a detailed analysis and evaluation on patent of local burgeoning industries.Some significant conclusions about the strategy of developing patent of industries and the information analysis theories faced with the local industries have also been drawn.更多还原
