【Abstract】 It is the main operation mechanism of the volunteer service for libraries to recruit,train,evaluate and encourage volunteers at present,but this mechanism over-emphasizes the management of the library and ignores the roles that volunteers themselves are playing.Based on the self-organization theory,the author of this article advances a brand-new mechanism of the volunteer service for libraries by combing the self-organization theory with the practice of library management.更多还原
