【Abstract】 This article makes an analysis of the existing problems and opportunity faced by the libraries in the underdeveloped areas of China.The author holds that it is necessary to bring the leading role of the government into full play,to set up a library in every small village,to carry out the project of crossing-border and united service among primary,middle schools and the village libraries.The three channels are as follows: to further unite horizontally,to supplement vertically and to strengthen guarantee effectively.更多还原
