【Abstract】 In cloud environment,customers’ demands are changed and occurred autonomously and unpredictably,and they are out of control of the providers.Cloud providers have to meet the requirements.So,it is the key to enforce QoS guarantee for the future sustainable development of cloud computing technology,QoS guarantee is implemented by service level agreement enforcement.The SLA metrics classification in SLA management,resource metrics monitoring,and the SLA violation detection and avoidance management,SLA parameter mapping technologies are reviewed.Finally,the conclusion gives that the SLA-based resource management in cloud computing is the future direction of research.更多还原
