【摘要】 对比研究了四川省盐亭县癌症高发区和其他地区癌症低发区土壤、水体、农产品和人发等介质中元素含量特征及其与癌症发病率相关关系,结果表明,环境中硒、钼元素的缺乏和亚硝酸盐在地下水及粮食作物中的富集是导致癌症高发的关键地球化学因素。并利用生态地球化学调查的相关数据对成都经济区癌症发病率进行了预测,为本区癌症的防治提供了基本的地球化学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristic of element content and its relationship with the incidence rate of cancer in the medium such like soil,water,agricultural products and human hair in the high cancer incidence area and low cancer incidence area of the Yanting Country of Sichuan Province were compared in this paper.The results showed that,the absence of selenium and molybdenum,and the accumulation of nitrite in groundwater and food crop were the pivotal geochemical factors which led to the high cancer incidence.Then,by using the relevant biogeochemical data of the investigation,the incidence rate of cancer in the economic zone of Chengdu City was predicted.The results of our research can provide some fundamental biogeochemical data for the cancer prevention of this area.更多还原
