变栅距光栅的衍射实验仿真
Simulation Experiment for Varied Line-space Grating Diffraction
【摘要】 依据多缝夫琅禾费衍射的基本原理,对一种平面变栅距光栅的光强分布作出了理论分析,导出了光强分布公式。用Matlab软件对变栅距光栅的衍射进行了模拟仿真研究,通过改变栅距变化系数和起始栅距的值,得出了在不同条件下的衍射谱线特征。该计算结果和研究方法在实际的变栅距光栅应用中具有参考价值,为变栅距光栅参数的设计和优化提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 According to Fraunhofer diffraction theory,we have derived the formula through theoretical analysis for intensity distribution of a varied line-space plane grating.Using the Matlab software we have conducted the simulation study of the Varied Line-space grating diffraction,and obtained diffraction lines characteristic in the different conditions by changing the values of grating distance variation factor and initial grating distance.The results and research methods have a reference value in practical applications of varied line-space grating,and provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of varied line-space grating parameters.
