负荷增长方式不确定条件下有功出力方式优化
Generation Rescheduling Under Uncertain Load Growth Pattern
【摘要】 优化有功出力方式是提升功率传输极限的有效方法之一。为在优化中考虑负荷增长方式的不确定性,提出了一种具有对立结构的双层优化模型。该模型的上层结构是以负荷裕度最大为目标函数的有功出力方式优化模型;下层结构是以负荷裕度最小为目标函数的最危险负荷增长方式求解模型。通过对上、下2层模型交替进行优化,并将所得的优化解作为参数在2个层间相互传递,快速地求出了最佳的有功出力方式,使系统在最危险负荷增长方式下的负荷裕度最大。最后通过IEEE30、118节点系统和一个实际系统的算例验证了所提方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 Generation rescheduling is one of effective ways for improving transmission limit of power system.To taking the uncertainty of load growth pattern in the rescheduling,a bi-level optimization model with opposite structure is proposed.The upper-lever structure of the proposed model is an generation rescheduling model that takes the maximum load margin as objecitve function while the lower-lever structure,which takes the munimum load margin as objective function,solves the most dangerous load growth pattern.By means of optimizing the upper-and lower-lever structures alternately and taking the obtained optimization solutions as parameters,which are transmitted between the two levels,the optimal generation output mode can be rapidly solved to ensure that power system possesses the highest load margin under the most dangerous load growth pattern.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by testing results of IEEE 30-bus system,IEEE 118-bus system and an actual power system.
