【Abstract】 The multicast way is usually used in the network of IPTV to send a live channel.STB changes the channel through a multicast group,so channels changing in IPTV often take longer time than traditional TV,which becomes the main shortcoming in the development of IPTV at the user experience.The CDN technical architecture as a foundation,the FCC based on the server technology is described in details.This theory has been used in practice,and has higher theory reference and practical value.更多还原
