基于小波阈值的医学图像去噪研究

【摘要】 在分析目前广泛应用的软阈值和硬阈值函数去噪方法的基础上,提出了一种改进的小波阈值函数的医学图像去噪方法。这种方法既兼顾了软、硬阈值函数的优点,同时又有效克服了软阈值法细节模糊和硬阈值法去噪信号的失真现象。仿真结果表明,该方法在有效去除噪声的同时,较好地保留了MRI图像的细节,有利于医生的诊断。

【Abstract】 An improved method of wavelet threshold denoising for the medical images is proposed in this article which is based on the analysis of the methods of the soft and hard threshold denoising widely used at present.It not only has the advantages of the soft and hard threshold functions but also can overcome the disadvantages of the distortion caused by the method of the hard threshold denoising and the fuzzy phenomenon of the details caused by the method of the soft threshold denoising.It is indicated in the simulation result that it can remove the noise effectively and retain the details of the MRI images,which is beneficial for the doctors diagnosis.
