应用叠加定理分析基本放大电路

【摘要】 基本放大电路是模拟电子技术中的重要内容。对基本放大电路的教学方法进行研究,提出了利用叠加定理分析基本放大电路。放大电路中晶体管工作于放大区时,在小信号条件下将晶体管线性化,放大电路近似为线性电路,运用叠加定理计算晶体管的各极电压和电流响应。这种教学方法能够使学生从总体上更好地理解和掌握基本放大电路分析。

【Abstract】 Basic voltage amplification circuit is important content of analog electronic technology.The teaching method that superposition theorem is applicable to amplification circuit is studied.While the bipolar junction transistor in amplification circuit is constrained to its amplification region,the amplification circuit under small signal may be assumed a linear circuit to perform circuit analysis.The total voltage and current responses of each polar are sums of the individual responses from superposition theorem.An individual response is the result of an independent source acting alone.The students can easily understand and grasp the voltage amplifier analysis by the teaching method.
