An evaluation system which is the information literacy of students in colleges and universities is established using analytic hierar chy process.The empirical research is done in Qujing Nornal University,and results are basically consistent with the actual situation.It shows that it is effective to establish the evaluation system of information literacy in the Higher Normal School by AHP.
