【摘要】 马六甲海峡正面临着来自传统安全和非传统安全的双重挑战。新马印尼三个沿岸国除了通过加强巡逻与监管来增强安全系数外,还根据马六甲海峡的地缘特点和安全问题性质,主导性地推动了多层面的安全合作。中国在面对马六甲海峡所存在的安全问题时,应从战略高度来制定和实施相关政策,努力降低马六甲海峡通道使用上可能存在的脆弱性,实现海上运输安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Malacca Straits are facing traditional and non-traditional security challenges.Littoral States including Singapore,Malaysia and Indonesia step up patrols and supervision to enhance the straits’ safety,and they also lead to promote security cooperation at multi-levels according to the Malacca’s geopolitical characteristics and security issues.When facing the security problem of Malacca Straits,China should establish and implement relevant policy strategically,make efforts to reduce vulnerability and realization of the safety of marine transport.更多还原
