温室温湿度的反馈前馈线性化解耦控制
Feedback feedforward linear decoupling control of temperature and humidity in greenhouse
【摘要】 为了改善传统温室各环境因子的控制效果,研究了实用的非线性温室系统反馈前馈线性化解耦算法.采用该算法将非线性的多输入多输出系统变成2个独立的单输入单输出一阶线性系统,解除了温度湿度等环境因子间的强耦合关系.求出了使温室动态质能平衡方程完全线性化解耦的温度和湿度调控量,并在合理的温湿度目标值下进行了温湿度解耦控制的仿真实验,仿真实验表明:若环境因子目标设定值在合理可控范围内,温室系统温度和湿度双因子协调控制能取得很好的跟随效果,消除了温度和湿度间的耦合,提高了温度湿度控制精度,从而能有效减小能耗,提高温室生产综合效益.
【Abstract】 The control effect of environmental factors in traditional greenhouse is improved by the proposed practical feedback feedforward linearization and decoupling algorithm.Using this algorithm,the nonlinear multiple-input multiple-output system is transformed into two independent single-input single-output first-order linear systems.Strong coupling between temperature,humidity and other environmental factors is removed.The temperature and humidity control law that make the dynamic mass-energy balance equations of greenhouse system completely decoupled is easily calculated by this method,and a simulation experiment is conducted under the reasonable temperature and humidity targeted Value.The simulation results show that good effect can be achieved through the two-factor coordinated control of greenhouse temperature and humidity if the target value are set manageable.The coupling between temperature and humidity is eliminated and control precision is improved,so energy consumption in greenhouse can be effectively reduced and comprehensive benefits can be enhanced.
