吸附树脂负载铁酞菁光催化降解4-硝基苯酚

【摘要】 针对铁酞菁在水溶液中易于聚合而降低催化活性的问题,将铁酞菁负载在吸附树脂上,制得多相催化剂,该催化剂在可见光的照射下能有效地催化H2O2降解4-硝基苯酚.考察了可见光强度、催化剂用量、H2O2投加量、pH值、温度等因素对4-硝基苯酚去除效果的影响.结果表明:4-硝基苯酚初始质量浓度为50 mg/L,卤灯功率为50 W,催化剂投加量为2.0 g/L,H2O2用量为50 mmol/L,pH为5.7,温度为40℃时,反应540 min,4-硝基苯酚去除率达到92.2%,TOC去除率达到82.5%,且催化剂具有很好的稳定性,可重复使用.

【Abstract】 Since iron phthalocyanine is apt to aggregation in aqueous solution which leads to decrease in catalytic activity,a supported catalyst was prepared by reaction between polymeric resin and iron phthalocyanine.Under visible light irradiation,this catalyst is found to be highly effective for the degradation of 4-nitrophenol in the presence of H2O2.The effects of light intensity,catalyst amount,H2O2 concentration,pH value and temperature on the catalytic degradation are investigated.The results show that when the initial solute concentration is 50 mg/L,the value of pH is 5.7,the catalyst dosage is 2.0 g/L and the amount of H2O2 is 50 mmol/L,the removal rate of 4-nitrophenol and TOC are 92.2% and 82.5%,respectively,under irradiation of 50 W halogen lamp at 40 ℃ for 540 min.Furthermore,the catalyst is stable and reusable.
