【摘要】 调查显示,大多数新社会阶层人士热爱祖国,拥护共产党的领导,具有强烈的社会责任感,看重精神追求,偏爱中西方文化的结合,对国家与社会的进步充满了信心。但因为社会转型时期的种种不稳定因素及各种文化的冲突,使得新社会阶层在价值取向、理想信念方面都显示出极大的复杂性。因此,有必要加强新社会阶层的思想建设,建议:(一)充分发挥中共各级党组织的作用,加强和改进新社会阶层思想政治工作;(二)从新社会阶层自身入手,进一步提高其文化素养;(三)加强组织建设,着力打造一支高素质的新社会阶层代表人士队伍。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new social class came into being in the socialist market-oriented economy after the adoption of the reform and openingup.This is a class mainly from the private sector.With a strong sense of social responsibility,they are loyal to the nation and optimistic about the country.Besides,they support the leadership of the party,attach importance to spiritual pursuits and prefer the integration of Chinese culture and western culture.However,the uncertainty in transformation and the clashes between cultures result in the diverse values.To carry out their ideological work,the author makes the following suggestions:various levels of party organization need to play a vital role in the ideological work of the new class;the new social class themselves should improve their cultural attainment;more effort should be paid to the party organization construction so as to form a high-quality team made up of representatives from the new social class.更多还原
