【摘要】 [目的]探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌手术并发症的处理。[方法]2008年6月—2011年6月开展的76例腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者中,发生并发症者12例,发生率为15.79%,分别对并发症进行相应处理。[结果]12例中,高碳酸血症1例,出血3例,骶前神经损伤1例,前列腺损伤1例,均经保守治疗处理。肠破裂2例,瘘2例,在二次手术时予以修补、吻合后痊愈。切口感染2例,经换药后痊愈。所有手术患者均痊愈出院,无死亡病例。平均住院时间(12.6±4.3)d。[结论]充分的术前准备、手术中精细地操作,可以有效减少腹腔镜结直肠癌手术并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the reason and countermeasure to complications in laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.[Methods]The data were collected and analyzed retrospectively from 76 patients with colorectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Shihezi People Hospital from June 2008 to June 2011.The rate of complications was 15.79%(12 of 76),which were treated correspondingly.[Results]The complications included accidental bleeding in 3 cases,anastomotic leakage in 2 cases,incision infection in 2 cases,and intestinal rupture,rectal rupture,hypercapnia,prostate injury,presacral nerve injury in 1 case respectively.After supportive treatment,all patients were completely cured when they left the hospital.There was no death case.The average length of stay was(12.6±4.3) days.[Conclusion]Laparoscopic surgery for patients with colorectal cancer was safe.Fully preoperative preparation,processing accurately during operations could reduce the incidence of complications effectively.更多还原
