中心城市大型配电自动化设计方案与应用

【摘要】 按照智能电网对配电网规划建设以及配电自动化相关技术标准和要求,对中心城市大型配电自动化实施方案进行研究。结合实例展示配电自动化多专业统筹、技术路线选择,工程可行性控制、配电网生产运行检修及调度监控需求与支撑技术控制等具体的技术内涵和先进的设计理念。其中包括:配电自动化规划设计涉及的配电网区域特征分析、设计水平年和规模规划原则;主站系统及其信息量规划、规模控制、总体技术要求、主站体系结构、功能设计;信息交互架构及其交互边界界定与信息集成应用;配电终端及其辅助配套;配电网通信体系设计目标、配电网通信技术选择、以太无源光网络(EPON)组网方案和光缆设计等主要技术环节。给出了大型案例应用的基本成果并验证了设计思想的正确性。

【Abstract】 According to the technical standards and requirements on distribution network planning,construction and distribution automation of the smart grid project,the large-scale distribution automation implementation project for metropolises is studied.The details of distribution automation are exhibited with examples,such as multi-specialties,the appropriate technical route,engineering feasibility,technical demand of the distribution network operation and maintenance as well as supporting technology.The important technologies also include network regional feature analysis,the design level of the year,planning principles of project scale,master station and information content planning,scale control,general technical requirements,architecture and functions of the master station,architecture,interaction boundaries and application of the information exchange bus,distribution automation terminal and relevant equipment,design objective and technology of distribution network communication systems,network scheme of Ethernet passive optical network as well as cable design.The thesis displays the basic achievement of the application and proves the correction of the designing thought.
