【Abstract】 To achieve the sustainable development of pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia,we should not only have a scientific development idea of ecological priority which lays greatest emphasis on the protection of ecology,but also heighten the law and system construction which could strengthen the mechanism of steppe turnover and the implementation of steppe compensation and award mechanism.More important is to perfect the system of steppe supervision and administration,protect the basic steppe,construct a social security system and explore the mode of sustainable development in line with local conditions.更多还原
