【摘要】 文章在分析DEA方法的基本原理和DEA规划模型改进的基础上测算我国新兴产业孵化器的技术效率。通过确定孵化器投入-产出指标,选取来自不同地区的140个国家级孵化器的技术效率进行测算得出我国高技术孵化器总体技术效率水平较高,运行情况良好,但规模效率大于纯技术效率的结论。这说明我国高技术孵化器在投入资源配置和节约方面还存在着改进空间。对此提出完善孵化器运行机制、制定高效发展规划和鼓励社会参与孵化器建设的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper evaluates the technical efficiency of the incubators of emerging industries in our country based on the basic principle of DEA and its improvement.By fixing the input-output index,we calculated the technical efficiency of 140 national incubators from different regions,and concluded that the high-tech incubators in our country are of high efficiency overall and in good operation condition.However,the scale efficiency is greater than the technical efficiency.This indicates that there is a need for further improvement on these incubators in their resource allocation and saving.Some policy suggestions are proposed to improve the technical efficiency of the incubators of emerging industries.更多还原
