DC/DC模块电源穿孔平板磁器件的设计与应用
Design of Perforated-plate Magnetics in an Active-clamp DC/DC BMP
【摘要】 当前开关电源不断向"小、轻、薄"方向发展,减小储能元件厚度成为提高开关电源功率密度的一个有效方法。此处以小功率有源箝位DC/DC模块电源应用为例,分析和研究了穿孔平板磁技术,设计了一种新结构磁器件以提高模块电源的功率密度,并针对有源箝位模块电源进行了穿孔平板磁器件的设计与应用。首先介绍了穿孔平板变压器、穿孔平板电感的基本结构,基于磁路理论分析了磁芯单元磁通分布、磁感应强度等性能,进而针对模块设计了磁器件的具体参数,并用有限元软件进行仿真验证,实际运行也证实了设计的有效性。
【Abstract】 Following the development of power electronic integration and the trend of smaller and thinner for switching power supperlies,this dissertation introduces the concept of perforated-plate magnetics with active-clamp BMP.The de-sign of perforated-plate magnetic devices for an active-clamp DC/DC module is introduced.The basic structure of per-forated-plate transformer and perforated-plate transformer inductor are introduced firstly.The flux distribution and flux density characteristics of a magnetic unit are analyzed by magnetic circuit theory subsequently.Then actual design pa-rameters are calculated for this DC/DC module and are verified by using an software.Perforated-plate magnetic proto-types are made and experimental results prove their feasibility.
