【摘要】 目的:观察西比灵联合自拟中药汤剂治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分成两组,对照组36例给予口服西比灵5mg,每日2次,病程8周。治疗组36例在对照组基础上加用自拟中药汤剂治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.67%,对照组总效率为83.33%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组中出现头晕嗜睡者2例,对照组中出现嗜睡、疲惫1例,口干、恶心1例。结论:中西医结合治疗本病,可以降低本病的复发性,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of sibelium combined intended decoction in the treatment of migraine.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,36 patients in the control group were given oral.Sibelium 5 mg 2 times a day,duration of eight weeks.36 patients in the treatment group recieved Chinese medicine decoction treatment on the basis of those in the control group.Results:The total effective rate was 97.67% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group,the effects in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P <0.05).There are 2 cases of dizziness and drowsiness,in the treatment group and 1 case of fatigue,and 1 case of dry mouth,nausea in the control group.Conclusion:Combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine in treating migraine can reduce the recurrence of the disease,efficacy.更多还原
