【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中意外发现胆囊癌时的处理措施及治疗方法。方法:选取我院30例行LC时意外发现的胆囊癌的患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:18例I期及9例Ⅱ期患者,至今存活,未见复发;2例Ⅴ期及1例III期患者,分别于术后1年内和1.5年内死亡。结论:LC术前可行胆囊M值测定,术中、术后发现的胆囊癌需尽早开腹或术后行根治性手术以提高患者生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) unexpected gallbladder carcinoma found when treatment measures and treatment methods.Methods: in our hospital in 30 cases with LC when unexpected gallbladder cancer in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:18 cases of I and 9 cases of stage II patients,has survived without recurrence,2 cases;V stage and 1 cases in III patients,respectively,within 1 year after operation and died within 1.5 year.Conclusion:LC preoperative feasible gallbladder M value determination,intraoperative,postoperative finding of gallbladder carcinoma needs early laparotomy or undergoing radical operation in order to improve the survival rate of patients更多还原
