系统性红斑狼疮伴肾损害血清SOD及APN检测
The Significance of The Detection of Superoxide Dismutase andAdiponectin in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with Renal Dysfunctions
【摘要】 目的:探讨超过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与血清脂联素(APN)对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)肾损害发生发展中的临床意义。方法:应用化学发光法检测42例SLE患者血清SOD,ELISA法检测APN。同时取40例正常人作为对照,并与SLE常用实验室指标ANA、抗ds-DNA作比较。结果:SLE肾损害组SOD与APN浓度水平明显低于ANA及抗ds-DNA阴性和对照组,且治疗后SOD与APN浓度均升高。结论:APN在SLE肾损害发生发展中发挥重要的负调控作用,而SOD含量降低是损伤活动性的标志。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the significance of Superoxide dismutase and adiponectin in the progress of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with renal dysfunctions.Methods: The levels of the SOD of 42 samples of serum of the patients and 40 healthy persons as control were measured by CLIA;at the same time APN was measured by ELISA.And compared to the experimental parameters such as ANA(anti-neuclear antidody)and anti-double chain smith antidody(anti-ds-DNA).Results: Compared to those Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with anti-neuclear antidody negative,anti-double chain smith antidody negative and the volunteers,the levels of SOD and APN of SystemicLupus Erythematosus with renal dysfunctions and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with anti-neuclear antidody positive,anti-double chain smith positive were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion: Serum APN is a role of negative modulate protection in the pathogenesis of SystemicLupus Erythematosus with renal dysfunctions,and Serum SOD is an objective marker of activity of dysfunctions.
