【摘要】 目的:探讨合适的护理措施对造血干细胞移植(HSCT)患者口腔黏膜炎(OM)的临床综合治疗方案及护理措施。方法:HSCT发生OM的51例患者随机分成两组:常规治疗组(25例):用漱口水加支持治疗法。实验组(26例):在常规治疗组基础上加用紫外线治疗仪治疗,再用0.5%的碘伏涂抹创面。比较两组在疼痛程度和口腔炎愈合时间上的效果观察。结果:HSCT51例患者发生OM时间平均为移植后+4.75d,持续时间平均为8.4d,两组不同方法治疗口腔炎,在疼痛感和愈合时间上,均有差异(P<0.05),试验组的疼痛感时间及平均愈合时间明显短于对照组。结论:合适的治疗与护理可以降低HSCT患者OM发生程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the appropriate nursing measures and comprehensive treatment of oral mucosal inflammation(OM) with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT) patients.Methods:51 HSCT patients with OM were randomly divided into two groups:the routine treatment group(25 cases) use mouthwash and support treatment.The experimental group(26 cases) in a routine treatment group and instrument based on ultraviolet treatment,garnish with 0.5% of iodine daubing wound.The two groups were compared between pain and stomatitis healing time.Results:Of the 51 HSCT patients,the average of OM occurred after transplantation is 4.75 d,and OM can last an average time of 8.4 d.The experimental group had less pain and shorter healing time than the control group with a significant difference(P< 0.05).Conclusion:the right therapy and nursing can reduce OM severity in HSCT patients.更多还原
