【摘要】 目的:评价奥美拉唑与法莫替丁治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床效果,指导用药。方法:抽取我院活动性十二指肠溃疡患者120例,所有患者均经电子胃镜检查确诊,将其随机分为奥美拉唑治疗组与法莫替丁治疗组,对各组患者均行规范化治疗,疗程结束后行胃镜复查,了解溃疡愈合情况,比较两组治疗效果。结果:奥美拉唑组平均服药1-3d后疼痛明显减轻,而法莫替丁组约需要7d疼痛好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);奥美拉唑组总有效率为95.8%,明显高于法莫替丁组(70.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);奥美拉唑组胃液PH值水平明显高于法莫替丁组(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:奥美拉唑对治疗十二指肠溃疡具有见效快、安全性强、愈合率高等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Compare the efficacy of Omeprazole and Famotidine in treating Duodenal Ulcer.Methods:120 cases of patients with duodenal ulcer selected radomly were picked out with electron endoscopy and diagnosed.They were divided into Ome group and Fam group.All the patients were accepted normalized treatment.In the end,compare the efficacy of two groups.Results:After taking medience 3 days,the stomachache of patients in Ome group improved markedly,patients in Fam group needed about 7 days(P<0.01).The total effective rate of Ome group was 95.8%,and was higher than that of Fam group(70.1%).The PH of gastric fluid in Ome group was higher than Fam group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Omeprazole in treating Duodenal Ulcer has the advantage of high efficiency,rate and safety.更多还原
