波浪影响下导管架调平系统最优控制
Optimal control for the jacket leveling system under the influence of wave
【摘要】 针对导管架传统单腿调平方式,调平器承载力过大,受波浪载荷影响,调平效率、精度无法保证的问题,对导管架自动调平最优控制系统进行研究。考虑波浪对导管架的影响,建立了调平系统几何模型及受控对象数学模型,并针对4桩腿式导管架,提出了基于Mamdani模糊系统的液压调平最优控制算法。对环境载荷影响下的调平夹持系统调平过程进行了仿真,结果表明调平系统可以克服随机波浪载荷扰动的影响,解决了传统导管架调平中的弊端。
【Abstract】 With traditional single leg leveling method,leveling device beared excessive force,leveling efficiency and accuracy couldn`t be guaranteed under the influence of wave.To solve this problem,considering the effect of wave on jacket platform,Jacket automatic leveling optimal control system was researched,and geometric model of the leveling system and mathematical model of the controlled object was built.According to the four leg jacket,hydraulic leveling optimal control algorithm based on Mamdani fuzzy system was given.Leveling process was simulated under the influence of environmental load,and the simulation and experimental results show that leveling system overcomes the influence of wave and other disturbance loads,and effectively resolves the problems in traditional jacket leveling method.
