永磁同步电机自适应滑模负载观测器研究
Study on MRAS sliding-mode load torque observer based on PMSM
【摘要】 为提高同步电机驱动系统抗外部负载突变干扰的能力,基于Popov超稳定理论和滑模变结构控制理论提出一种负载转矩观测器,应用于永磁同步电机转速电流双闭环调速系统中,为转速控制器提供实时的转矩信息。其中选取永磁同步电机自身作为参考模型,选取永磁同步电机转速模型作为可调模型,利用负载转矩的估计误差构造基于积分分离理论的滑模面。系统仿真实验表明:减弱了转矩观测值的抖振;能快速准确检测出负载转矩的初始值和工作过程中常见的突变、冲击、波动这三种类型的转矩变化;通过引入转矩观测器,增强了系统的抗干扰能力。
【Abstract】 To overcome the influence of load torque change on permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) driver,a new load torque observer based on Popov super stability theory and sliding-mode control is proposed.This observer was used to estimate load torque and update the load value in real time on control system with speed regulator and current regulator.This strategy select PMSM itself as reference model and its current model as the adjustable model;the sliding mode surface on integral separation theory was formulated based on errors between two model outputs.Simulations were carried out to verify the availability of the observer.The results show this method can weaken the chattering of load torque observation value.The load torque observer can identify the initial value,jump change,impact,and fluctuation of load torque quickly and accurately.The robustness of PMSM drive system is improved by load torque observer.
