35CrMo钢淬火过程数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation of 35CrMo Steel During Quenching Process
【摘要】 以35CrMo钢为研究对象,建立有限元模型,模拟了不同截面尺寸试样以及在不同淬火介质中淬冷过程。由模拟结果可以看出,对淬火试样的数值模拟可以真实、直观地表达出淬火过程中试样的温度、冷却速度、应力、组织以及硬度的变化等情况,对于实际工件淬火工艺的制订具有重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 The specimens were taken from the 35CrMo steel.FEM(finite element methods) is used to simulate the quenching process with different diameters of the specimens with oil-cooling and the same diameter of specimens quenching in different mediums.The results can give an intuition expression on the changing of temperature,cooling rate,stress,microstructure,and hardness of the specimens during the quenching process,which have important guiding significance for the formulation of the actual quenching process.
