多相单绕组永磁无轴承电机的设计与运行分析
Design and Function Analysis of Multiphase PM Bearingless Motor with Single Set of Windings
【摘要】 针对单绕组永磁无轴承电机设计的特殊性,分析了转子结构、极弧系数、气隙长度和永磁体厚度对转矩特性和悬浮特性的影响,并将这些影响用定子电感的变化来量化。通过对可控悬浮力与悬浮电流的电磁场计算,分析了不同参数变化对可控悬浮力的影响。继而根据推导出的可控悬浮力解析模型建立了单绕组永磁无轴承电机的控制系统。仿真结果表明,该单绕组永磁无轴承电机具有良好的转矩和悬浮性能,从而验证了该解析模型的正确性。
【Abstract】 Aimed at the design specificity of the PM bearingless motor,the influence of rotor structure,pole-arc coefficients,airgap length and the permanent magnet thickness to torque and suspension property were analyzed,which is quantified by the variation of stator inductance.The impact to levitation force was analyzed under the above-mentioned parameters by electro-magnetic field analysis.The control system of the PM bearingless motor was obtained by applying the levitation force model.It shows well torque and suspension performance function well by the simulation results,which testifies the validity of the model.
