【摘要】 叶片调节机构是大型水泵的重要组成部分,结构比较复杂,加工精度、安装要求都比较高。介绍了几种常用的叶片角度调节方式,列举了中置式叶角调节机构在南水北调宝应泵站的应用,分析了中置式叶角调节机构的结构和特点,与其他调节机构相比较,中置式叶角调节机构具有诸多优点,实践证明了中置式叶角调节机构在宝应泵站的运行是成功的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Blade angle adjusting equipment is an important part of a large pump.The structure is complex,the machining accuracy and the installation requirements are both high.Several common adjusting manners of blade angle were introduced in this paper.Application of the intermediate blade angle ajusting equipment in Baoying pumping station was listed.The structure and characteristics of the intermediate blade angle ajusting equiment were analysed.Compared with another adjusting equipment,the intermediate blade angle adjusting equipment has a lot of advantages.And practice has proved that application of the intermediate blade angle adjusting equipment in Baoying pump station was successful.更多还原
