可控三相电抗器IGBT电路实现过渡分析

【摘要】 对可控三相电抗器IGBT电路实现的过渡过程进行仿真分析。在实验电路起始参数的基础上,研究负载电容对过渡过程的影响,结果表明负载电容足够大时,过渡过程时间可降为零。各电抗器可控电容相等时,电抗器可控电容越大所对应的的负载电容临界值也越大,且两者之间的比例关系随电容增大呈变小趋势,这是由IGBT器件电容效应引起的。最后,分别分析了靠近电源端的可控电容和靠近负载端的可控电容对可控电抗器过渡过程的影响,结果表明靠近电源端的电抗器可控电容对过渡过程影响较大。

【Abstract】 The paper studies the transition process of the controllable three-phase reactor by simulation analysis.Firstly,we analyze the impact of the load capacitors on the transition process based on the original circuit parameters.The result indicates that the transition process time can be decreased to zero if the load capacitance is large enough.When the reactor controllable capacitors are equal in capacitance,the larger the controllable capacitors is,the larger the critical load capacitance will be.Meanwhile the ratio between the two capacitors tends to be smaller,which is caused by the capacity effect of IGBT.Finally,we analyze the controllable capacitors close to the power source side and the load side separately.And the simulation result implies that the controllable capacitors close to the power source has greater impact on the transition process.
