半球动压马达自振动的分析
Self-Vibration Analysis of Gyro Motor With Hydrodynamic Bearings
【摘要】 本文采用加速度传感器,对半球动压马达径向平面内的两个垂直方向和轴向进行了振动测量。完成了对半球动压马达起动至停止全过程的振动数据采集。通过频谱数据分析,结合马达和轴承的工作特点,从机械、电磁等方面分析了半球动压马达振动产生的原因和特点。并通过对振动数据的处理,定性绘制出转子轴心的运动轨迹。
【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the vibration of gyro motor with hydrodynamic bearings.Radial and axis noise data are gathered by using accelerometers.Basing on the frequency spectrum and waterfall spectrum,vibration sources are analyzed,and the characteristic of hydrodynamic bearing,which occurred during the operation of gyro motor are pointed out.
