管状三维机织物的交织方法分析

【摘要】 基于对典型三维织物织造方法以及二维圆织成型方法的分析,提出两种织造管状三维织物的方法,即经向垂纱法和纬向垂纱法,并具体阐述了两种方法的成型原理和成型方法.这两种方法的主要区别在于连接各层的垂纱的引入方式不同:纬向垂纱法中,垂纱与纬纱的引入方式相同;经向垂纱法中,垂纱与经纱的引入方式相同.两种方法的提出为管状三维织物的组织结构设计及圆织设备的研发奠定基础.

【Abstract】 Two weaving methods of 3D tubular fabric are proposed based on the study of 3D fabric weaving technology and 2D circular weaving method. These two methods are called weft binder method and warp binder method. Forming theory and method are introduced in detail. The difference is that, binder yarns are inserted like weft yarns in weft binder method, but in warp binder method, binder yarns are inserted like warp yarns. The proposal of these two methods can lay a foundation for the structure design of 3D tubular fabric and the research of circular weaving equipment.
