辐射探测器用高纯锗单晶技术研究
Research of Ultra-purity Germanium Single Crystal’s Technology for Radiation Detector
【摘要】 高纯锗单晶可以用作制备X射线辐射探测器。介绍了锗辐射探测器的研究现状与结构,论述了辐射探测器对高纯锗单晶的净杂质浓度、位错方面的要求。介绍了目前高纯锗生长主要的提纯方法和单晶生长方法,论述了以上这两种方法的主要技术特点。
【Abstract】 The ultra-purity germanium single crystal is used to make X-ray radiation detectors.This article describes the status and structure of germanium radiation detectors,and discusses radiation detectors requirement on ultra-purity germanium single crystal about the net impurity concentration and dislocation.The main purification method and single crystal growth method are discussed about ultra-purity germanium,and technical characteristics of these two methods are proposed.
