【Abstract】 At present,when the domestic college students lay out their own career planning,there exist many common problems.These problems are not only from school education level and management level,but also from students’ personal development level.Career planning,as a professional task,needs to provide professional guidance and practical platform,in order to slow down the psychological pressure of employment.Based on the problems of college students’ career planning,this article mainly explores effective measures to solve these problems from the angle of the school vocational education and student management.更多还原
