基于表面吸附固定法构制孔雀石绿免疫传感器的研究
Malachite Green Immunosensor Based on the Adsorptive Immobilization Technique
【摘要】 提出一种基于石蜡电极表面吸附孔雀石绿抗体的电化学免疫传感器,通过竞争型免疫检测法测量水体中残留孔雀石绿。对免疫传感器构制参数——电极表面预处理、抗-MG溶液pH、抗-MG溶液浓度和抗-MG抗体吸附时间进行了研究;对传感器测量过程参数进行了优化,传感器对孔雀石绿检测的线性范围为1.5~780μg/L,检测孔雀石的回收率在93%~116%。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes amperometric immunosensor based on the adsorptive immobilization of Malachite Green antibody on the solid paraffin electrode surface,measuring residues of Malachite Green in water bodies by competitive immuno-detected method.Meanwhile,it studies Fabrication parameters of the immune sensor(electrode surface pretreatment,pH of anti-MG solution,anti-MG solution concentration and anti-MG antibody adsorption time),optimizing parameters of sensor in measuring course,and obtaining 1.5~780 g/L of Malachite Green measuring range and 93%~116% of recovery rate.
