基于PCB空心线圈和数字积分器的脉冲强磁场装置放电电流测量

【摘要】 脉冲强磁场装置放电电流的准确测量对实现放电过程的监控具有重要意义。文章通过仿真分析了脉冲强磁场装置放电过程及电流波形特性,根据脉冲大电流的特性及空心线圈的基本原理,提出了基于印制电路板(PCB)空心线圈和改进Al-Alaoui算法数字积分器的电流测量方案。通过和Pearson 4427电流互感器的标定和对比测试,验证了电流测量的准确性和稳定性,该方案可满足脉冲电流测试需要。

【Abstract】 In order to monitor discharging process of the pulsed high magnetic facility,the discharge current must be measured accurately.In this paper,the two stages of discharge and the characteristics of the discharge current are analyzed in details by simulation.According to the characteristics of the discharge current and the fundamental principle of air-core coil,a measurement scenario of combination printed circuit board(PCB) air-core coil and digital integrator based on improved Al-Alaoui algorithm is put forward.A calibration system using Pearson 4427 current transformer is designed and tested.These tests verify the accuracy and the stability of the scenario can meet the measurement requirement of pulsed high current.
