【摘要】 电力市场环境下各市场主体对经济效益的追求增加了电力系统运行的不确定性和安全风险。本文基于风险理论和市场规则,提出了一种新的线路过负荷风险评估方法。该方法考虑线路的随机故障和负荷的随机波动性进行线路过负荷的风险评估;通过分析线路过负荷给发电商、电网公司和用户带来的损失差异,分别建立基于不同主体的后果模型。这种评估方法考虑了电力工业体制变化对系统安全性的影响,对提高电力系统的安全稳定性具有重要的指导意义。IEEE 9节点系统的仿真计算和分析证明了本文方法的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 A novel method is proposed to assess the risk of transmission line overload in power electrical market,which is based on the risk theory and market rules.The analysis of overload risk considers the uncertainty of both the transmission line state and load level.The risk quantitative evaluation is represented by overload probabilities and outage consequence resulting from overload event.The consequence models of line overload loss are established respectively for power plants,grid companies and customers according to market mechanism.The method is demonstrated on the IEEE 9-bus system.更多还原
