【摘要】 目的了解美沙酮维持治疗(MMT)对维吾尔族男性海洛因依赖者性功能产生的影响,并探讨其原因及对策。方法采用自行设计性行为调查表、勃起功能障碍对生活质量影响的调查表和勃起功能国际问卷-5(IIEF-5),对新疆乌鲁木齐市7个MMT门诊参加美沙酮维持治疗6个月以上的180例维吾尔族男性进行了调查。结果在180例MMT患者中,有76.7%的患者自觉感受性功能状况比MMT前变差,79.4%的患者认为当前性功能状况会影响到继续接受MMT,患者年龄和美沙酮维持剂量对性功能影响较大;勃起功能障碍对生活质量的影响较显著。结论本研究调查结果提示,目前男性MMT患者性功能状况差于接受MMT前,美沙酮剂量是影响男性性功能的关键因素。调整好维持剂量将能有效地改善该人群的性功能状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect of methadone maintenance treatment(MMT) on sexual function of male Uygur patients with heroin dependence and discuss its cause and countermeasures.Method Self-designed questionnaire of sexual behavior,questionnaire of erectile dysfunction affecting life quality and IIEF-5 were taken to investigate 180 male Uygur patients dependent on heroin who were treated with MMT over 6 months from 7 clinics in Urumqi City.Results Out of the 180 patients,76.7% felt their sexual function worsen after MMT,79.4% thought their current condition of sexual function affect sequential MMT.Age of the patients and dose of MMT affected the sexual function,and erectile dysfunction significantly influence the quality of life.Conclusions The investigation represents that the conditions of sexual function of male patients by MMT worsens than that before MMT.The dose of MMT is the main factor affecting the sexual function.The adjustment of MMT dosage can improve the conditions of sexual function of the male patients by MMT.更多还原
