TBX2和PAX9在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及临床意义探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨TBX2和PAX9在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及临床病理学意义。方法取得60例甲状腺乳头状癌组织及20例癌旁正常甲状腺组织标本,用免疫组化法检测TBX2和PAX9的蛋白表达情况,用RT-PCR法检测TBX2 mRNA和PAX9 mRNA的相对表达量,并分析两者与患者临床病理因素之间的关系。结果免疫组化和RT-PCR结果均显示TBX2和PAX9在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达明显高于正常甲状腺组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);TBX2和PAX9的表达与分化程度、病理分期(pTMN)及淋巴转移密切相关(P<0.05);并且甲状腺乳头状癌组织中TBX2蛋白与PAX9蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.471,P<0.01)。结论 TBX2和PAX9参与了人类甲状腺乳头状癌的发生、发展,表达水平随着甲状腺乳头状癌组织恶性程度的增高而增高,可作为衡量食管鳞状细胞癌恶性程度的肿瘤分子标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of TBX2 and PAX9 in thyroid papillary carcinoma and their significance. Methods Sixty cases of human thyroid papillary carcinomas of the specimens and twenty cases of adjacent normal tissues were collected from the patients who received operation for thyroid papillary carcinoma. Immunohistochemistry and semi -quantitative PT-PCR assay were used to detect TBX2 and PAX9 expression respectively. The relationship between TBX2 and PAX9 expression with clinical parameters was analyzed. Results There was a significant overexpression of TBX2 and PAX9 protein and mRNA in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues as compared with normal thyroid tissues (P<0.01). The expression of TBX2 and PAX9 were significantly related with grade of differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P <0.05). Furthermore, There was positive correlation between expression of TBX2 and PAX9 in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissu(er=0.471,P< 0.01).Conclusion TBX2 and PAX9 may correlate to the occurrence and progress of thyroid papillary carcinoma. It can be consided an objective and effective maker to evaluate the level of malignancy of thyroid papillary carcinoma.更多还原
