阴道镜在宫颈病变检查中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨阴道镜在宫颈病变临床检查中的应用价值。方法收治350例宫颈病变患者,对其阴道镜检查情况进行回顾性分析。结果经阴道镜检查病理确认350例患者中,慢性宫颈炎277例,HPV感染5例,宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的63例,宫颈癌的5例。结论阴道镜作为一种内镜可提高活检阳性率,减少漏诊,避免盲目活检给患者带来痛苦,阴道镜指导下活检在诊断癌前病变及早期宫颈癌及评价宫颈癌治疗及愈后中有一定价值,且使用安全,成本较低,易被广大患者接受,在经济欠发达地区值得大力推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The intention of vaginoscope is to analyze the value on cervical lesion during clinical examination.Methods 350 cases of patients with cervical lesions were,the vaginal mirror situation were analyzed retrospectively.Results After confirmation by vaginoscope within 350 patient having cervical lesion,277 patients with chronic cervicitis,5 patients with HPV infection.Conclusion Vaginal mirror as a kind of endoscopic biopsy was positie can improve,reducing misdiagnosis,avoid blind biopsy to bring pain patients.Under the guidance of the vagina mirror on the diagnosis pre-cancerous cervical cancer and evaluation and early cerical cancer treatment and has certain value more and the use of safe,low cost,easy to be the majority of patients accepted,in undeveloped areas is worth promoting.更多还原
