垫对颞下颌关节疾病患者关节滑液TNF-α浓度的影响

【摘要】 目的观察垫治疗是否影响颞下颌关节疾病患者关节滑液的TNF-α水平。方法治疗组患者24名,戴稳定垫3个月;对照组患者20名,3个月内未做治疗。通过关节冲洗方法,获得关节冲洗液作检测分析。结果实验前后与分组间有交互作用,治疗组和对照组实验前后的关节液TNF-α浓度变化有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 垫治疗能降低关节液TNF-α水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of TNF-αconcentration in synovial fluid from temporomandibular joints under splint therapy.Methods 24 patients with temporomandibular disorders as a splint therapy group undergone 3 months of splint therapy.20 patients with the same diagnosis were a control group in which no management was undergone.Synovial fluid were obtained by arthrocentesis for analyzing the TNF-αconcentration in the end.Results There was interactive effect of time on theray and different grous,P<0.05,TNF-αconcentration changes had difference between theray group and control group.Conclusion Splint therapy can decrease TNF-αconcentration in synovial fluid from temporomandibular joints.更多还原
