肺癌骨转移引起骨髓坏死1例临床分析

【摘要】 目的探讨骨髓坏死与肺癌骨转移的关联及治疗方法。方法对近期确诊1例肺癌骨转移引起的骨髓坏死患者,进行EP方案多次化疗,监测骨髓及血象变化,了解疗效。结果 2个疗程化疗后骨髓坏死得以恢复,但可见转移癌细胞,3个疗程后骨髓转移癌细胞消失。结论 对于肿瘤患者应常规进行骨髓涂片检查,能及时发现骨髓癌转移所致骨髓坏死,并有针对性对原发病进行治疗,可缓解症状,延长生存时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship and treatment methods between bone marrow necrosis and bone metastasis of lung cancer.Methods The recently diagnosed case of bone marrow metastasis of lung cancer induced bone marrow necrosis,monitored changes in bone marrow and blood to understand the effect after several course of EP chemotherapy.Results Bone marrow necrosis recovered after a two course of chemotherapy,but metastatic cancer cells still existed.After three courses of chemotherapy,metastatic cancer cells disappeared.Conclusion The patients with cancer should be the routine examination of bone marrow smear and bone marrow necrosis can be found early.The survival time of patients can be prolonged with treatment.更多还原
