艾塞那肽治疗2型糖尿病临床观察

【摘要】 目的观察艾塞那肽治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择口服二甲双胍和(或)磺脲类药物血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者24例,加用艾塞那肽治疗6个月,监测患者FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c及体重变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗6个月后患者FBG、2hBG、HbA1c及体重均显著下降(P<0.05),低血糖发生率低。结论艾塞那肽能有效控制2型糖尿病患者血糖,减轻体重,低血糖发生率低,临床使用安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of exenatide on type 2 diabetes.Methods Twenty-four type 2 diabetic patients with inadequately glycemic controlled treated with Metformin and a Sulfonylurea were enrolled,in addition the patients received Exenatide for 6 months.FBG.,2hPBG,HbA1c and weight were monitored before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,6 months after treatment with exenatide FBG,2hPBG,HbA1c and weight of the patients were significartly reduced(P<0.05) and the rate of hypoglycemia was low.Conclusion Exenatide can achieve adequate glycemic control in type 2 diabetic patients,with weight loss and low rates of hypoglycemia.The clinical using exenatide on type 2 diabetes is effective and safe.更多还原
